Though I usually find your argument 'Because Land Rover' pretty valid, this is a difficult one for me. Or didn't you notice that 266 V8 in that Scout? Also rarity in Europe for that International is a pro to me personally.

I like the 2.25 four banger in the Land Rover, it's a great little engine that will just keep going with minimil maintenance and you can still get around 19mpg with it so it's cheaper to run.

I really like the LR. Especially the Series II. It's so sexy.

But damn... I always liked the Scout. Especially because V8.
